Getting back on track

I'm back and determined to catch up and get myself into gear. Big apologies to everyone who is still waiting for emails from me, I promise I haven't forgotten you - I've just been a bit swamped lately.
But a few days relaxing in the sun, breathing fresh swiss mountain air and having a couple of relaxing massages has revitalized me and I'm now determined to get down to work, master my new software and WRITE!
I was relieved my experience at the hotel spa was faultless - at a different hotel several years ago I was asked if I was really sure I didn't want to swap my relaxing massage for an anti-aging wrinkle busting treatment! The cheek, I was only 30!
No, the only embarrassing blip to my trip away was at airport security when I was asked to remove my shirt jacket and had to mumble that I wasn't actually wearing anything underneath. Thankfully I wasn't forced to strip so my blushes were spared ;-)

Now, time to focus - here is my Maverick Millionaire, Matt (my comp entry hero), how can I fail to be inspired?

*sigh* at Matt! No failing to be inspired there, you're so right.

I'm glad you've had a good time away. lol at the shirt jacket, I thought I was the only one who managed to get themselves into such embarrassing predcaments.

I once had to visit a prison for my job, had to take my shoes off to go through the metal detector and forgot my then 10 year old daughter had painted my toe nails, a different colour on each nail and a fair bit on the skin too. I looked a right nerd!!

Great to *see* you back :-)

Lol, Lorraine! Glad you had a lovely time in Switzerland. So jealous. My nearest is equivalent is Queenstown where we're going in September. Nice.

Oh my gosh the horror of having to strip lol! But it's the fashion obviously they weren't oh the ball lol :) I hope you breathed in a little swiss mountain air for me too :)

Jo - Oh these kinds of things happen to me all the time, it's not just you :-)

Thanks Jackie, I guess we're lucky that we have cheap flights all over europe from where we are. Have never been to NZ though, maybe one day, it's the long flight that puts me off.

Lacey - Perhaps I should have done a fashion diva act instead of blushing? I'm sending you some swiss mountain air that I bottled specially, just hope it doesn't evaporate in transit :-)

Glad you had a good time and relaxed.
The jacket thing makes you my kinda girl. I'm glad it's not just me the 'erk' moments happen to.
Hope you're mastering your software and that the dogs gave you loads of welcome home licks!

Thanks Judy. Yep, got lots of licks, am concerned that the youngest dog will actually combust with excitement one day, she's quite mad! It is nice to have someone so pleased to see you, even if it is only a dog :-)

Glad you had a good time away. I thought it was bad when they made me take my shoes off - didn't want to walk through on the dirty floor in my socks, so the lovely young man got me soem of those plastic cover thingings and all was well.

Ooops, spelling. Blush.
